You need this book. What a great reference book to have on hand. Not only does it help explain all singles and blends, what they are used for, how to use topically, aromatically and internally, and if they are sun-sensitive - but it also has an awesome chart in the back that makes it easy to find oils for various needs and issues (like nervous system, emotional support, cardiovascular, etc).THEN, to make this book even MORE AWESOME, they list issues and suggested singles and blends for each issue. I've spent quite a bit of time learning and reading, checking on issues within my family and how to best use oils to help. This is truly a life-changing investment.Great resource, teaches about essential oils. Very helpful, didn't want to put it down. Especially liked pressure points for hands + feet.If you are a Young Living Oiler, this is the book to have!!!
